This Beta includes several fixes plus:

- Local Database table now holds submissions until confirmation is read from the server
- Ability to change the submission rate for slow/fast network connections
- If there is a server disconnect gracefully recover
- Ability to open debug window and see what the server and client messages are

Can you verify that the new beta version is the one available on the web page... Once installed the properties says it is Oct/06 version...
