Screen update issues

Hi,

We would very much like to use AstAssistant for tiny customer service department (approx 10 workstations).

However, during testing I noted a few critical bugs that keeps us from going live.
As far as I can tell, the issues are present in versions 11 and beta 12.

- DND status does not update properly. Either it doesn't stick, or the icon will revert back to its previous state. The actual state registered by Asterisk does not seem consistent.
I expect this could be due to the asynchronous updates.

- Active queue calls / channels does not update properly. The first few calls seem ok. After that, some abandoned/finished calls remain in the list, while new calls do not consistently appear.
This problem seems to escalate as more clients are added and / or as more calls are coming in.

- Adding an extension to a queue by dragging does not work properly. With FreePBX in device and user mode, the device is added rather than the user extension.

Our setup is:
Trixbox CE 2.6.1 (FreePBX 2.4, Asterisk 1.4.20-1)

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Anders, I  Am currently working on making the device user mode better and hope to have out a new release in the next day. I am hoping to have the DND issue resolved in this update as well.

Also included in this update will be a new layout.

Has the DND issue been resolved?  We are still having issues with not being able to set DND status--or having it revert to its previous state within a few seconds-- and not being able to change it through ANY method until ASTAssistant is shut down completely.

I am running the latest beta and still having these same issues.  It says in the previous post that this would be resolved but I'm not seeing that.Is this my setup or is this still an outstanding bug?
